3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must cooperate with our service personnel throughout the service process, including providing accurate information regarding the issue, granting required site access, and approving necessary work.

b. Property & Permissions

Customers must ensure they have the necessary authority, ownership, or permission for the property where services are requested.

c. Safe Working Environment

Customers are responsible for providing a safe working environment for technicians and informing us of any known hazards at the service location.

4.Service Process

a. Service Timelines

While we strive to attend service requests within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, traffic, material availability, or emergency service priorities. We will keep customers informed of any delays where possible.

b. Scope of Work

The service performed will be limited to the agreed scope. Any additional work identified during inspection or repair may require customer approval and may be subject to additional charges.

c. Materials & Spare Parts

Where applicable, additional charges may apply for replacement parts, materials, or specialized equipment required to complete the service.

5. Payment Terms

a. Quotes and Invoices

Quotes provided by Tetryx Electrica are valid for a specified period. Service charges and invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

b. Late Payments

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of further services or additional charges where applicable.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including but not limited to designs, code, and business strategies.

7. Warranty & Liability

a. Service Warranty

Where applicable, service warranty shall be limited to the specific work carried out by Tetryx Electrica and for the duration communicated at the time of service.

b. Third-Party Products

Any third-party materials, equipment, or products used may be subject to manufacturer warranties and limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tetryx Electrica shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or pre-existing damages arising from the use of our services or undisclosed site conditions.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may cancel or terminate a service request. Customers may be responsible for charges related to completed work, site visits, inspections, or materials procured prior to cancellation.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Tamilnadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Arbitration Rules.

11. Changes to Terms

Tetryx Electrica reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes where applicable.
